My Education

These are examples of my coding abilities. I have taken classes in Java, MATLAB, and Visual Basic, each of which can be seen below. I am also competent in programming Arduino microcontrollers, which use a modified version of C++, as well as creating executable files using C# and scripting using batch files. Each of the examples below except for the Arduino code, the executable file, and the batch file, have been taken from assignments I have completed in my classes at Cal Poly Pomona. I learned to code Arduino microcontrollers at home, and C# through past work experience.

All of these programs are available upon request.

This code was used to evaluate an encoder attached to a display. The encoder was meant to be turned by hand as an input device, used to run through various menus, set motor speeds, and start or stop motor functions.

I am a Mechanical Engineer in Southern California working in the aerospace industry. I graduated in June of 2018 with a GPA of 3.55 with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics, and am pursuing a masters degree at Columbia University beginning Fall of 2022. My current projects are a CNC router with a partially 3D printed frame as well as a miniature lathe made mainly from 3D printed parts. I am a published author, having presented a paper on my laser cutter design at the 2018 International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition.
