My Experience

This is my internship at Morf3D. The above video shows an end of day cleanup after post processing various aluminum test parts. While there, I assisted with the production of laser sintered aluminum and titanium parts for the aerospace industry. My duties included the post processing of aluminum and titanium parts, the cleaning and prepping of EOS M290 Laser Sintering Machines, the handling of explosive powders, and the monthly cleaning of explosive filters used on these machines.

During my time at Morf3D I learned not only about safety and best practices pertaining to laser sintering, but also business relations during my observations of meetings between my leader and large aerospace company leaders. Throughout my time I was able to closely shadow various company leaders and learn about all aspects of small and large company dynamics.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'll get back to you soon!
